Our on-site intrusive surveys and Fire Engineer reports have identified additional areas requiring fire remediation work. The client has negotiated the funding of these with Homes England and has received confirmation of funding. We are now managing an extension to the current PCSA period to complete a detailed survey of the additional areas, including the design development, and on site logistics, to allow our client to complete the final contract costings to be agreed with the client.
We are continuing the process of concluding all aspects of on-site access for all the areas of the new and existing works package. We are finalising the welfare specification/location and all on-site logistics, including access to all works areas, which will become part of the final contract works for the project.
The programme agreed with the client is for all contract conditions, and the final contract sum to be agreed in the summer, with a start on site in the Autumn of 2026.
