Our on-site intrusive surveys and Fire Engineer reports have identified additional areas requiring fire remediation work. The client has negotiated the funding of these with Homes England and has received confirmation of funding. The project is now fully complete and the building occupied. All unitised frames up to level 11 are now installed and complete. The prefabricated balconies to the south elevation have now been installed and associated rainwater system incorporated into the unitised perimeter pressings has been connected and tested.
